Karina Wilsher, Managing Director at Fallon, has departed the agency and will be taking the helm at agency Anomaly in the newly created position of President, based out of their New York office.
36 year old Wilsher joined Fallon in 2000 from Lowe Howard-Spink.
The loss for Fallon comes on the back of other staff departures including redundancies and the departing of creative director, Tony McTear.
Anomaly, with offices in New York and London, was recently appointed to the £50 million Sony Electronics account, which they succeeded in winning in a two way pitch against Fallon.
